Haidra

This 1969 FDC is great, as the illustration on left shows where the pheasant stamp is located in relation to the rest of the scene. A 6 cent ostrich stamp was also issued from this 3rd cent. mosaic, unearthed in the Roman ruins at Haidra. It was given to the UN by the president of Tunisia in 1961. That certainly would not fly anymore! Has Tunisia tried to get this mosaic back?
