Thanks to my awesome coursemate, Sophie for sending this 1976 'Ceramic Art' Europa issue! Top left is the only Beaker pottery ever found on the IOM. It was uncovered from a cist in 1919. Below left, is a ceramic vessel from the Bronze Age Cronk Aust burial mound excavated in 1886. It held a cremation even though typologically, a food vessel.
