Pictorial Postmarks

 Thank you Choonjong! This postmark is a promo for the Paleolithic Festival held at the Prehistory Museum of Jeongok-ri. This event was first of its kind in the country, hopefully the first of many! 

Postmarks of the reconstructed Prehistoric site of Amsadong. In 1925 a flood went through this area revealing 4,000 year old earthenware. Not excavated until 1967, it is now a National Historic site and boasts plenty of interpretive displays and activities.
