Thank you Peter! I know I am not supposed to like this; made for collectors only, not postally sent, stamps not tied to cancel, but I really do. I love the moai on the 1973 cancel, the Bird Man art, and the Rongorongo glyphs!

 

Thank you Randal! Postcard of a moai, with similar cancellation to above. It differs from the above cancel, in that it faces inwards, and is not in profile. This cancel celebrates the centenary of Easter Island's 1888 annexation to Chile, and was probably in use for a minimum of two years, as this postcard dates to 1996.
